The infamous Mistress T (http://clips4sale.com/studio/23869) is much smaller in stature than most people realize. She's nearly an entire foot shorter than me and only 96lbs, I have no problem lifting her right up. After comparing our height, the size of our feet and our hands, we play around with several different lifting techniques. I even do some leg squats while holding her over my shoulder. Who needs a gym?
